How long does it take to complete the work?

Depending on the size of the project, most of the time it can be completed within a week or two. Some projects can be finished even after a day or two.

How much does it cost?

We have completed projects ranging from $50 all the way to tens of thousands of dollars. Let us know what you need and we will give you an obligation-free quote. All quotes are negotiable.

Will it work on a Mac?

Due to the specialized tools we used to perform the automation tasks, only the development of Windows software is available at this time. However, you can run it on your Mac using a virtual envorenment, or install the software on a Windows VPS.

What about bug fixes and after sales service?

We pride ourselves on outstanding after sales service. All bugs are fixed free of charge. However if your custom bot or scraper works for a particular website and that website makes changes that affects the functionality of the software, we will have to charge for the time it will take to do maintenance and get it working again with the latest changes. This is typically a low fee and can be anything from $10 upwards.

Can I sell my custom bot?

All custom bots are for your own personal use. If you want a commercial custom bot, let us now and we can negotiate terms. We are always on the lookout for joint ventures!
